Every listing is labeled New or Pre-Owned. Pre-owned listings describe visible wear, and product photos show the actual watch.
Original Configuration
Watches are sold in their original configuration. Any replacement part, such as a bracelet or strap, is identified on the listing.
What’s included
Listings state whether the original box, papers or warranty card are included. If an item isn’t listed, it isn’t included.

Orders are shipped within the United States only.
Shipping Cost
Orders of $2,000 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below $2,000 are charged a flat $75 shipping fee.

Handling 0–1 business day. Transit 1–5 business days (contiguous U.S.), 3–7 business days (Alaska, Hawaii, territories, PO/APO).

- How we check watches
Our in-house team inspects every watch before dispatch. Each watch is checked against its product listing, including the stated model and reference, visible condition, included accessories and available documentation.
If a watch purchased from Timeland is shown not to be genuine, we refund the full purchase price, including original and return shipping costs.
Timeland is an independent retailer and is not an authorized dealer of, or affiliated with, the brands we sell. A manufacturer's warranty applies only where the product page says so.
- Returns and refunds
30 days from delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be in the condition received, with the original box, packaging, documentation and everything that came with the watch. A $15 restocking fee applies, and you pay return shipping.
Defective, damaged or not as described: no restocking fee, and we send a prepaid return label.
Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method, or by bank transfer if that method is unavailable.
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns of watches that have been engraved, modified, serviced or opened by a third party, or that show new damage or wear.

- Packing and shipping
Handling: orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day. Transit: 1–5 business days in the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes and APO/FPO. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Where we ship: all 50 states, Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, via FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Insurance and signature: every order is insured for its full purchase value, tracked, and requires a signature on delivery.
