How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Customer Support
To begin a return, please contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When contacting us, include:

2. Prepare the Package
Carefully package the item in its original packaging, ensuring all documents and accessories are included.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using reliable shipping carriers such as FedEx or DHL and choosing an insured shipping method.
Refunds
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply if the returned item is not in the same condition as originally shipped.
Non-Refundable Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
