Refund and Returns Policy

At Timeland Shop, we understand that purchasing a luxury watch or fine jewelry piece is an important decision. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.

Return Eligibility

Return Window Returns must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date (not the order date). Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

Item Condition To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In the original condition received
Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, including warranty cards, manuals, and certificates (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:

Custom or special orders
Engraved products
Limited edition or "Price on Request" watches
Specially sourced watches

How to Initiate a Return

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Contact our support team to request an RMA number. Please include:

Your order number
Reason for the return

2. Prepare the Package Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the Return Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trusted, trackable, insured carrier such as FedEx or DHL. Please retain your tracking number until your refund is confirmed. Timeland Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Refund Method & Timing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee may apply if the returned item is not in the same condition as originally shipped (for example, missing accessories, signs of wear, or incomplete original packaging). Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated to you before your refund is finalized.

Non-Refundable Charges Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer-paid return shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

Timeland Shop accepts exchanges within the same 10-day window as returns, calculated from the delivery date.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the same condition requirements as a standard return: unworn, unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm availability of the requested item before you ship your original item back.

Exchanges follow the same return shipping terms as refunds: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee may apply if the returned item is not in its original, unused condition.

If the item you'd like in exchange is priced differently than your original purchase, the difference will be charged or refunded to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Exceptions to This Policy

Return eligibility may be limited or unavailable for:

Items purchased during special promotions or sales events
Watches or jewelry showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
Specially sourced watches, which are custom acquisitions made specifically for the customer
