Domestic Shipping — United States
Complimentary Express Shipping Timeland Shop offers free FedEx Express shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
- Orders with verified payment received before 2:00 PM PST are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Orders received after this time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 1–3 business days via FedEx Express, depending on the delivery address.
Order Tracking A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor delivery status in real time.
Signature Required For security purposes, all deliveries require an adult signature (21+) upon receipt. Deliveries cannot be left unattended.
Sales Tax
- Applicable sales tax is charged on orders shipped to California addresses, in accordance with California state tax regulations.
- Sales tax for other states, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on destination address.

Carrier & Delivery Time Orders shipped to Canada are sent via FedEx or DHL and typically arrive within 4–9 business days of order placement (1–2 business days processing plus 3–7 business days transit), depending on the destination province.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, GST/HST, and provincial taxes, as determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). These charges:
- Are the responsibility of the customer
- Are collected at the time of delivery, separate from the original order total
- Are not collected in advance by Timeland Shop, and are outside our control
